Privacy policy

Short, because this site collects almost nothing. Information pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 GDPR.

What this site does not do

  • No cookies are set - neither technical nor analytical. There is therefore no consent banner.
  • No web analytics, no tag manager, no pixel, no A/B testing tool.
  • No external resources: fonts, scripts, images and styles are all served from this domain. No third party learns that you visited.
  • No contact form, no newsletter, no user accounts.
  • No content delivery network in front of the site.
If this changes

Adding an analytics script, an embedded video or an externally hosted font would make this section false. Anyone extending the site has to update this page in the same change.

Server log files

The web server records each request in a log file. This is technically necessary to operate the site and to detect attacks. Recorded are:

  • IP address of the requesting device
  • date and time of the request
  • the requested path and HTTP status code
  • amount of data transferred
  • referrer and user agent, if transmitted by the browser

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the secure, stable operation of the website. Log entries are retained for 14 days and then deleted automatically. They are not merged with other data and are not used to build profiles.

Hosting

The site is hosted on a server operated by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestraße 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, in a data centre within the European Union. Hetzner acts as a processor under a data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR. No data is transferred to a third country.

Contact by email

If you write to the address above, your message and the data it contains are stored in order to answer it. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Messages are deleted once the matter is concluded and no retention obligation applies.

Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). Requests go to office@neob.ai.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority in Austria is the Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, dsb.gv.at.
